IMBĪB Custom Brews Nevada Weisse | Berliner Weisse
- 4 lb (1.81 kg) Pilsner malt
- 2.25 lb (1.02 kg) Malted Wheat
- Wyeast 3191 Berliner Weisse Blend
- Original Gravity: 1.035
- Final Gravity: 1.006
- ABV: 3.8%
- SRM: 2
Mash at 148° F (74° C) for 45 minutes. Boil wort for 60 minutes. Ferment at 70° F (21° C) for 2 weeks. Transfer to secondary fermentation vessel and maintain temperature at 70° F (21° C) until desired acidity level is reached. If using a second generation (or beyond) yeast blend, please note that acidity level will likely be reached more quickly than first generation, and flavor/aroma profile may evolve each generation.
