Ingredients

  • For 10 Gallons (37.85 L)
    • 18.0 lb (8.16 kg) Pilsner malt
    • 1.0 lb (0.45 kg) Vienna malt
    • 3.0 oz (85 g) Hallertau hops (60 min)
    • Kölsch yeast

    Specifications

    • Original Gravity: 1.051
    • Final Gravity: 1.01
    • ABV: 5.20%
    • IBU: 26.5
    • SRM: 3.6

    Directions

    1. Ferment at 60° F (16° C). Cold condition four weeks.
