Pinot “Newer” Pyment

Danielle Schanke of Chandler, AZ, member of the Arizona Society of Homebrewers the winning club of the 2019 NHC Homebrew Club Award, won a silver medal in Category #31: Fruit Mead with a Pyment during the 2019 National Homebrew Competition Final Round in Providence, RI. Schanke’s Pyment with Clover Honey, Pinot Noir juice was chosen as the runner-up entry among 169 entries in the category.
