The name basically says it all! This cyser recipe, developed by Joe Formanek for the 2002 National Homebrew Competition, took home bronze all the way back to Bollingbrook, Ill. in the Mead/Cyser category. Hints of apple, light acidity, and tannins bring out the sultry side of this cyser, while the honey rounds out a smooth finish of sweetness.
This recipe was originally featured in the July/August 2003 issue of Zymurgy.
