our WORT is in the fermenter, we have added cold water to 5 gal still a bit warm to pitch yeast, I have it air locked, watching temp close, when @ Optimator temp we will PITCH...

I got it from Homebrewparty.com which is my LHBS. It's the Brewferm Abdij kit. Bought two with extra extract to make about 5 gallons.

Pretty sure you can find them easily.

Ok your dealing w/green brewer, I should say that the 'Corrected OG is 1.042 or about 5.5% abv

Grrrrr...working 15 hour days all weekend....I did get a brew in last Tues.  I think it was Tues.  I've totally lost track of what day it is with this work schedule....

Doing a batch of the Yak and Yeti Milk Stout from last January's Zymurgy. My wife has been asking me to make it since I read it in October.
