I've made a few IPA's with Mosaic and simply love it.

It's interesting how differently people perceive the hop characteristics.  I'd look up your favorite beers and see what they use, lots of breweries list them.

Outside the box, I made an IPA I really enjoyed with the following:

Pacific Jade for bittering
Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Motueka, and Topaz late and dry hop.
Dank and citrusy!

I have also started to use Nugget quite a bit as well. It doesn't give quite as much of a bite as Chinook or Columbus, but it's not as neutral as something like Magnum, either.

For flavor/aroma hops my favorite combos have been:
Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra
Amarillo, Columbus, Ultra
Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Motueka
Caliente, Centennial, Amarillo, Motueka

Columbus, Chinook, and Nugget are my favorite IPA bittering hops by far. I love Warrior though on some IPAs where I dry hop (depending on the combo) more than usual. It keeps the overall hop impression within limits IMO.

I guess what I'm looking for is something similar to Green Flash West Coast IPA.  I a clone recipelike the grapefuity taste of that.  Mostly just want to try something different, but I don't want to use clashing flavors, or something that would be completely inappropriate.

another new and fruity hop is El Dorado, I used it as a dry hop in a chinook/cascade/amarillo based IPA...was very nice.

I made a double IPA at an Iron Brewer competition with El Dorado hops and I have some for dry-hopping as well. Hopefully it will be good.

I made a 10 gal ipa with 8oz centennial in the boil and 4oz mosaic dry hopped.  one of the best beers ive made, will be a regular line up.  mosaic is great.

Re Willamette - It's one of my favorite aroma hops. They says it's actually fuggle, maybe genetically but to my nose and taste its cascade lite

those can make a very nice English IPA.

Made a Ballantine IPA clone that was tasty. Bullion, Cluster, EKG.
