Please raise a glass with me
« on: February 07, 2011, 03:21:39 pm »
May the road rise up to meet you. Maythe wind always be at your back. May the sun always be warm on your face. May the rain fall gently on your fields. Until we meet again, may Godhold you in the hollow of his hand.

Dang, I hate seeing these threads. Anyone who knows me knows I how I feel about man's best friend. Headed to the kegerator right now.
Godspeed.

Working right now- they would frown upon any "raising" but I will raise several tonight upon returning home.

Yeh, sometimes its okay... kinda like pick'n your battles and knowing the difference between a battle and a war though.  ;)  The older you get the more things become clear... like how something so ugly can be cute, how appropriate their "timing" was and you didn't realize it then... and of course... if you felt like crap they always seem to know exactly how to make you feel just a little bit better.  Our dog Sampson knows I'm still not up to par yet and he dotes on me especially after each time I've come home from the hospital.   Yeh... go ahead, you may not ever feel right if you don't.    Jmo...  :)

My heart goes out to you Barry. A dog is one of the greatest gifts handed down to us my friend. It's okay to cry.

I'm sorry... :'(

Cheryl and I have toasted to your beloved porkchop, I'm here for you brother. (You know why this took alot this week). Give that Love to the other pets or the next pet, this is what we should all do. I hope you don't tell the story about petting and loving my boots! :)
