What Are You Drinking Tonight?

One of my recent Saisons ( OG 1058, WY 3711, Finished with Saaz) which I like very much, A couple 11.2 oz bottles of Duvel, and some locally made killer Cream Ale done by the awesome Sun King. Works for me !

I took home a bottle of the tripel we sell at my brewery, gonna start with that. Then I think I still have a bottle or two of my own IPA, and will probably finish that. Cheers!

I have a single hopped Citra APA, a single hopped Amarillo IPA, a couple 4 C's IPAs, and my last Cherry Stout in the fridge. I may hold off on the stout and kill the IPA's tonight.

I'll be enjoying an all East Kent Goldings English Pale Ale I'm just getting carbed up, and a selection (maybe two) from the plethora of brews I have hanging out here from the 3 Floyds Brewery....

Gueuze Fond Tradition (at least I was until some random insane heartburn kicked in unexpectedly), then added some weak starter wort to get the dregs warmed up. Looking rather nice next to my bottle of Red Poppy, whose dregs just got stepped up tonight as well.

Working on the 2.5 gallon keg of a very fresh mirror pondish APA without dry hops.  I like to make 13 gallon split batches and blend what doesn't fit in the two primary 5 gallon kegs in the little keg.  This batch was done with WL002 in both carboys so it's not really much of a blend. Still, it's quite tasty and I can't wait to tap in to the dry hopped kegs.

Pinski, I know it's on tap, because it was on tap at the beer bar I was at tonight.

However, I had these beers tonight

101 North - Stigmata Red Rye
Ale Industries - Evolution 5
Ale Industries - East Bayliner Weiss
Moonlight Brewing - Working for tips (Gruit Ale)
Stone Brewing - RuinTen IPA
Mission Brewing - El Conquistador APA

And that is a lot of beer. None of which I have had before. I like traveling and having new beer.

I'll be sampling some force carbed pale ale that got kegged a couple days back. Prolly run to the store to pick up some cervesa- Victoria sounds good. That's a Vienna lager for those that don't know...

This beer F-ing ROCKS!

Tried a bomber, then went back and bought a case of bombers.  Lucky thing my local beer store has 20% off on Fridays!

All Simcoe IPA and Rye Stout.  Might finish it up with an Oak Aged Bourbon County my brother sent me a few months ago.
