I'm sorry but i did find this funny to read about.  Being a Cardinals fan in rolling but i do have that feeling of destiny and the cubs are going to come back and win it.
Here is the story on John ham.

Last night was a nail biter, I was literally on the edge of my seat those last 2 innings. Chapman pitched lights out. I'm hoping this goes all 7, regardless of Cubs win/loss. It's exciting and makes me think I should be watching the WS every year. I've never had to pay such close attention to baseball this late in the season! It's exhausting actually! haha

for sure. I'm betting its going to 7. Tomlin is great and could close it out - just hoping for better batting against Arrietta.

Glad to see Bryant's bat wake up out of its series-long slumber. The MVP needs to bring it.

FWIW, Joe Buck will never be welcome in Cleveland  8)
Just curious: all of my freinds up in Chicago have this perception that Buck & Smoltz (mostly Buck) is favoring the Indians in their game calling/praise, etc. I'm not sure I buy into it. Are Indians fans complaining the other way - that they're favoring the Cubs?

Exact opposite here.....buck was all over the cubs in game 1-2 in Cleveland. Smoltz has been giddy over cubs.

Buck grew up in St louis a Cardinals fan,  his father is one of the greatest broadcasters ever.  Unfortunately Buck does not have his father talent.

Joe Buck was the third worst thing about living in Dallas. First was Cowboys games on TV. Second was Troy Aikman doing color.

Shah right! Buck is obviously in favor of the Indians. I can't stand to listen to him. He's supposed to be reporting the games objectively. He's been saying how deserving the Indians are of the WS, "It's been 68 years!" Not any mention of the Cubs' 108 year drought. Who's really more deserving if we're going by years alone? Not that it matters, the dude just needs to quit saying stupid sh*t like that. He definitely favors the Indians.

I haven't watched any of the WS games, so I can't speak to his performance in them, but Joe Buck has always been a lousy announcer. Typically whenever I watch any FOX baseball I just leave the TV on mute.

I agree, it depends on who you're rooting for. Buck sucks either way. I'd vote for Uecker any day of the week.  ;D
