97% Weyermann pilsner malt
3% acidulated malt
Hochkurz 145/160
Hopped with Perle and Saaz
First time with Wyeast 2206 - liking this yeast a lot.

Yeah, not even a month yet. Two weeks and it'll be crystal! One of the things I love about 2206 is that it drops fairly easily for a lager strain.

Thats one of the biggest misnomers when it comes to German lager brewing. Normally they are FAR from.

For instance....One of these beers are mine and one is Weihenstephans.  Both have 2l basemalt and 8% carahell.
