This is a Saison that I'm very happy with.

Pilsner, munich, torrified wheat, cane sugar
Hallertau Blanc, EKG
WLP590

Looks good, and cool glass. What size is that glass? Either you have huge hands or it's a pretty small glass.

I agree it looks good and I also like that glass.  I have a few like that.  It's like a 10-ounce becher.  I seem to be attracted to smaller beer glasses.

Yeah, it's 10 oz. if you fill it all the way to the top.  If you leave room for a bit of foam, it's closer to 8 oz., which to me is a good pour for a 7% abv beer (just about one standard drink).

This one I have is similar ... hard to tell without anything there for scale but it's 10 ounces.

I use a 10 ounce Nonic for my beers frequently.  They sure look pretty in the "just a little smaller scale".

My latest.  Brown ale.  Beer is really bright.  WYeast 1469. Served with my northern spouts (swan neck) with sparkler

Australian sparkling ale

That looks really fantastic.

A German pils, a "SMaSH"-esque beer with 100% Rahr pilsner malt and 100% Edelweiss hop blend (hence not being a true SMaSH).

Yeah, that one too.
That beer is super bright. Congrats

That looks great. Do the different spouts leave more or less carbonation in the beer? Do you carbonate all of them the same or vary by beer?

The swan necks agitate the beer more and removes more CO2 compared to my short spouts.   The sparkler brings even more CO2 out of the beer.  The results are that smooth “nitro pour” look and feel. Of course the short spouts leave more CO2 in the beer but it looks flat as there is no head.  I serve all my stouts and browns with the swan neck and sparkler.   Usually use my short spouts for pales.  But I do change things up occasionally and pull my pales through the swan neck and sparkler ( see below) after about 1/2 through the keg

I prime all my beers the same way. 1/4 cup table sugar mixed with a cup of water or so boiled and added to the keg before racking.    I let the beer carbonate for a week and after the 2nd day of racking start venting at least 1/day depending on how much CO2 vents out.   I do this by sound.  I move to the fridge after 5-7 days and serve after about 2 days in the fridge.  I stop the daily venting after “tapping”

Oatmeal stout.   After all these years still amazed you can brew and serve this at home.
