Well, I have saltine crackers and it is like...Meh....then out come
the  Club Crackers and it is like YUM....what is up with that ??? 
Prolly those dang elves....

The garlic club crackers are awesome.  I know its nothing more than a dusting of cheap garlic salt, but still...

This is one of our favs here in Puna.  It's a recipe from Chef Emeril.

White Cheddar Cheese Crackers

It says crouton in the name but we just cut em into 2" squares.  Cut em however you like.  Sometimes we substitue coarse ground black pepper for the cayenne.  Both ways are excellent!

Kalo is a canoe plant. Very important in Hawaii.  Poi tastes good mixed with lomi lomi salmon.

Lau lau, kalua pig, opihi, smoked a`u, ahi poke, ahi sashimi, haupia, purple sweet potato... local kine ono grinds!

Spam? 
If spam, spam.  If no span, no spam!
Spam musubi is really pretty good.  Very portable. (and cheap).
 


The one that I don't get is vienna sausages.  :P 
And anchovies... Wot's up widdat?!  ???
