It's been snowing above 1000' for days. Today was a constant downpour throughout the Willamette valley and now it's 50* with howling wind and more rain.  Cryin' wont help you, prayin' wont do you no good.

1000ft. my ass!  I'm at 600 ft. and we got 7" of snow.  We've been getting 4-5" of rain a day for the last few days.  I made it to work today, but I may not make it home.  The roads were almost flooded over on my way here.

Beautiful cloudless sky. A balmy 68 degrees. Can it get any better than this?!

Sunny and a high of 8F today.  Its just beautiful here inside the office.  8^)  It's a little cool outside though.

We got 2" of snow on Tuesday and they are predicting 3-6" tonight thru tomorrow.  My 11 year old will maybe think we have enough snow to play in by Saturday.

Where the heck are we going?  And what's with this hand basket?

I'm at 600 ft. and we got 7" of snow.

I don't understand. 600 feet from what?

It looks like it could be an elevation, but there are only three digits. ???

Ha.. I have to admit.. I'm living higher than I have ever lived before.. at 770 feet.

Of course, I grew up at 15 feet and went to school at 42 feet, so I'm high!

It was -9 DEG. And we still got 14" of snow over night. Never seen that much snow with it below zero. At 2 PM its 0 Deg. First real winter storm for the saeson. Strange winter. Montana where if you dont like the weather, wait 5 minutes.

I had a friend visit from NOLA last winter. He had a lot of fun telling people he lives at -10 ft.

Well, neither is mine...it's just green and white like the one in the pic.

And I live in the foothills of the mountains!   :D  I've spent enough time in CO to realize that 600' is a bump there.
