My very first batch, it's an Oatmeal Stout.  Turned out pretty good!

German Pilsner

Saison

These were both brewed from the same 10 gallon batch.  Used Drews method of making two different beers with the same base.  Made the base a pilsner.  Split in half.  Then added crystal 80, coriander,  muscat grape concentrate, lemon, orange and lime zest to half of the batch.  Pilsner fermented with WLP830 at 48F.  Saison fermented with T-58 at 58F.  Both turned out great!

Looks great! I like the splitting approach- do it all the time.

Yep, I like being able to get two totally different beers out of one brew day without spending 10-12 hours doing it.

I've already broken two of the pilsner-type glasses that you have. Tile floors!
