Hazy saison, whole bird on the grill, with a couple of taters.  Veggies to follow.

All looks good. That's how most of my saisons look. I gel fined a 3724 saison once that tasted excellent before the gel - seemed more like a Belgian pils after. Never gel fined another saison after that.

I'm with ya.  Certain styles I cannot accept haze.  Luckily this isn't one of them!

I should add that I didn't use an airlock, and had great results with wlp565.  1.056 to 1.004 in 14 days.  Thanks Drew!

Got foil on my 3724 right now. Did you bump the temps up too? Hoping to avoid the stall as well.

I let her sit @ 65 for 3 full days, then removed the temp control.  My ambient temp allowed it to rise to 68.  I let it sit there another 4 days, but it seemed a bit sluggish and I have a hard time leaving things alone so I bumped the fermwrap to 71.  Tasty beer.  Plenty of saison character, dry like the Sahara.
