I gel fined a 3724 saison once that tasted excellent before the gel - seemed more like a Belgian pils after. Never gel fined another saison after that.

I should add that I didn't use an airlock, and had great results with wlp565. 1.056 to 1.004 in 14 days. Thanks Drew!
