My on tap brews before I swapped the Dubbel for a stout last night. English Porter, Dubbel, Pino Noir Ale
American Ale...
Beautiful as always Ken. Give me some more details.
You are are a true craftsmen your brews always look top notch and delicious
I brewed today (a hoppy blonde ale) and then hung outside in the greenhouse for a bit. It was in the mid-40s here today which is not bad for brewing or for chilling. Here is the pale ale I made with Ted Hausotter's (Hop Heaven) C-148 hops that he threw in gratis when I ordered some Edelweiss hops. These are beautiful hops. Citrus, some passionfruit but not much, a little dankness, really nice. I am not really a big 'fruity hop' fan but these are very nice. I make beers like this for my wife, generally. She lets me drink them.
no snow?

We didn’t have snow in Alabama either. My college aged son is home. We ran the Rudolph Run 5K. Great day. Alas, the 20 year old is a little faster than his dad but I kept him sight.
