Realize I haven't posted here since the start of condensation-on-the-glass season.   Pilsner.

Another fine lager.  By the color I'm guessing this is based on Cav's Kreuzberg?   How do you like it?

I did base it on CavPilot’s recipe. Served along side MyBock, it was a big hit with all my Thanksgiving guests. Though the picture doesn’t do it justice, it’s beautifully clear, a nice crisp lager, and a just a dang good beer. It’s lighter color Is reminiscent of Kreuzberger.
