That's a thing of beauty my friend! :)

You could go into business with that rig.

Congrats!

Thanks!! Just friends & family, and maybe a charity event or two. "Business" sorta takes the fun out of it. Maybe the next owner will take it to another level... Cheers!!!
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Wow.  I know my way around a smoker, but that one's on another level from mine. Nice job!

Excellent! You'll have a lot of good times with that setup. Just wait until it gets seasoned! Woohoo! BBQ!

Took my new Weber Kettle & Smokinator with Party Q support out for it's maiden voyage today:

I was just going to do another dry run but decided I was tired of cooking just air so I threw on a rack of ribs.

And paired it up with some grilled veggies:

In honor of your birthdays or perhaps because it's finally spring I've got four racks of ribs and two shoulders on the smoker.

Hard boiled egg stuffed fatty going on later.

And a beer in hand.

Me too. Might be a good idea to throw some extra on...

I almost got a Smoky Mountain. It's a good choice!

Awesome! I made my wife get me one for my birthday this past January. I love it! I got the 22.5" one with a Cajun Bandit stainless steel door and pimp kit along with the BBQ Guru DigiQ. I don't know if I'll ever use my kitchen again!
